LEE COUNTY'S SCAM O.R. 569/875 AND
1998 REMOVAL OF "CLOUD" TO DEFRAUD

1912 CAYO COSTA SUBDIVISION PLAT OF SURVEY

LEE COUNTY CONCEALED 1998 BLUE SHEET 980206

LEE COUNTY CONSPIRED TO CONCEAL REMOVAL OF ANY CLOUD
FROM ITS EMINENT DOMAIN FRAUD-SCHEME O.R. 569/875

Pursuant to Blue Sheet 980206, Lee County had removed any "cloud" from its fraudulent land "claim" O.R. 569/875.

Said forged "claim" of uncertain lands was never executed and signed by any "legislator".

No reasonable person could ever possibly found and/or concluded that said sham "claim" was anything but a fraud.

Under false pretenses of said extortion-scheme O.R. 569/875, Lee County conspired to deliberately deprive and defraud the Appellants and other land owners in the undedicated Cayo Costa Subdivision such as, e.g., Troy Parnell, and the Roesch Family.

LEE COUNTY CONSPIRED TO PERVERT 1912 PLAT

LEE COUNTY PERVERTED 1912 PLAT OF PRIVATE SUBDIVISION

Lee County perverted the 1912 Plat of Survey of the undedicated private residential Cayo Costa Subdivision on Cayo Costa Island in order to deliberately deprive and defraud the Appellants.

Lee County concealed that it never had any "claim" by virtue of its eminent domain fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875, which it had admittedly never signed and executed.

Lee County Officials conspired to falsely pretend that it had an interest even though forgery O.R. 569/875 lacked any legal description and ascertainable boundaries.

LEE COUNTY FRAUD-SCHEME O.R. 569/875

LEE COUNTY FRAUD-SCHEME O.R.569/875

Lee County, Florida, conspired with other Defendant Appellees to deliberately deprive and defraud Appellants and private landowners in the undedicated private Cayo Costa Subdivision on Cayo Costa Island under false pretenses of eminent domain extortion and fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875.

In 1998, Lee County had removed any "cloud" from its fraudulent land "claim" under Blue Sheet 980206 and O.R. 2967/1084-1090.

Lee County concealed that Appellants' perfect title to riparian Gulf-front Lot 15A [PID 12-44-20-01-00015.015A] was free and clear and unencumbered by forgery O.R. 569/875.

Appellants' had the equal vested riparian rights of similarly-situated Cayo Costa riparian lot owner Alice M. S. Robinson. See 1998 Lee County Blue Sheet 980206 and O.R.2967/1084-1090 at www.leeclerk.org.
